Analysis and Solutions to Common Malfunctions of CNC Bending Machines
一、Mechanical bending machine
Fault 1: The guiding gap between the slider and the guide rail is too large, causing abnormal noise.
This type of malfunction is due to the prolonged use of the guide rail, which has been worn and caused an increase in clearance. It is necessary to check the degree of wear of the guide rail pressure plate, and determine whether to replace the guide rail pressure plate and readjust it to meet the required clearance based on the degree of wear.
Fault 2: Rear gear material transmission failure. The failure of the rear gear material transmission is due to the detachment of the key strip between the transmission shaft and the synchronous belt pulley or the slippage of the synchronous belt.
This type of malfunction requires reassembling the key strip and synchronous belt, and inspecting the electrical components.
Fault 3: The parallelism deviation between the straight guide rail of the rear material crossbeam and the centerline of the mold is too large This type of malfunction requires loosening the "X" axis synchronous belt, readjusting it to within the parallelism tolerance range, and reinstalling the synchronous belt.
Fault 4: The connection between the oil cylinder and the slider is loose, causing inaccurate bending angles or the machine cannot find the reference point.
This type of malfunction requires a recheck of the nut connecting the tightening slider and the oil cylinder
二、Hydraulic bending machine
Fault 1: There is no pressure in the hydraulic system.
1. Whether the electromagnetic coil of the proportional relief valve is powered and whether the voltage of the proportional electromagnetic coil meets the requirements. If the above reasons are mentioned, please check the relevant electrical reasons.
2. Check if the plug-in valve is stuck or if the main valve core is stuck, and if the damping small hole is blocked. If this is the case, please disassemble the overflow valve, clean it, and reinstall it.
3. Phase modulation of three-phase power supply leads to motor reversal.
Fault 2: The slider rotates rapidly and slowly, with a prolonged pause.
Check if the oil level in the fuel tank is too low and if the filling port is not flooded. Insufficient filling was caused by the suction of the upper chamber of the oil cylinder during fast forward.
