Production process

The production and processing of press brake tooling is a precise process, mainly including the following steps:

1，Material selection: Choose suitable steel according to the purpose of press brake tooling, such as  C45, 42CrMo or Cr12MoV;

2，Press brake tooling design: Design the shape and structure of press brake tooling according to product requirements;

3，Forging processing: forging raw materials to increase material density and strength;

4，Mechanical processing: including turning, milling, grinding and other processes to form the basic shape of the press brake tools;

5，Heat treatment: quenching and tempering treatment and laser heat treatment to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the press brake tools;

6，Precision machining: ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of the press brake tools;

7，Inspection and testing: Conduct various performance tests on finished press brake tools.
