INFORMATION

① Buffer effect: By placing it between the workpiece and the corner of the lower mold, it offsets the mold pressure and avoids indentation caused by direct contact.

② Material characteristics: TPU or polyurethane materials are commonly used, which have both flexibility and wear resistance, and can withstand repeated bending.

③ Applicable scenarios: Especially suitable for precision machining of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper plate, as well as high demand fields such as aerospace and electronic appliances. 

Instructions and steps for use:

① Cut the appropriate length and size of the film sheet;

② Lay flat on the surface of the lower mold of the bending machine;

③ Secure it to the mold using double-sided tape, magnets, or the provided tensioner kit;

④ Work directly after placing the metal plate;

Optimization tip: Use a slightly larger V-shaped opening lower mold or rounded shoulder mold for better results 

Matters needing attention:

① Mold parameters need to be adjusted according to the thickness of the sheet to avoid excessive compression of the protective film;

② Regularly replace the membrane to prevent the accumulation of wear and tear on the protective film, which may affect the protective effect.
